Anti Ragging Cell

The Honourable Supreme Court has made it clear that ragging in any forms should be sternly and effectively prevented. Whenever a criminal offence is committed in the name of ragging whether within the campus of an educational institution or in a hostel or otherwise, the Principal/Warden will report the nearest Police Station and not wait until a complaint in this regard is received from the person affected. Appro-priate disciplinary action will also be taken against the culprits. The Government & Supreme court made it clear that any lapse in this regard will be seriously viewed. It will be the personal responsibility of the officer in charge of the institution to strictly enforce these rules.In accordance with the supreme court directives on ragging (2007), the judgement of supreme court on ragging (2009) and the UGC regulations to curb the menace of ragging (2009). Women Development Cell

The Women Development Cell (WDC) at Pristine Valley College of Arts and Sciences is dedicated to empowering women and fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment. The cell works to promote awareness on women's rights, and address issues related to their well-being. Grievance and Redressal Cell

At Pristine Valley College of Arts and Sciences, our Grievance Redressal Policy serves as a cornerstone in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and harmonious academic environment. The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is carefully designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and confidential process for addressing and resolving grievances effectively and promptly.

The GRC consists of representatives from various segments of the college, ensuring diverse perspectives and impartial handling of concerns. All members of the college community, including students, faculty, and staff, are encouraged to voice their grievances through written submissions. This open and systematic approach allows the institution to address issues related to academics, campus facilities, services, and interpersonal relationships with sincerity and professionalism.

Upholding the principles of natural justice, the GRC carries out detailed investigations, provides appropriate resolutions, and ensures their timely execution. Confidentiality is rigorously maintained throughout the process to safeguard the privacy and dignity of all involved. To enhance its effectiveness, the grievance mechanism undergoes regular evaluations and updates.
