The Department of Sociology at Pristine Valley College of Arts and Sciences was established in 2024 with a mission to provide quality undergraduate education in sociology. The department is dedicated to fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of society, culture, and social institutions. With ICT-enabled classrooms and modern learning resources, we ensure an engaging and enriching educational experience. Our faculty provides dedicated mentoring, guiding students in both academic and extracurricular pursuits.
The curriculum is designed to explore various social structures, human interactions, and contemporary societal issues, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed for careers in research, social work, public policy, and more.
